The HETAS Technical Hub is the go-to resource for all HETAS registrants.

If you’re a registered installer, approved chimney sweep, servicing technician, retailer, or manufacturer, you can read and download all previous HETAS Technical Bulletins and Guidance Notes. Also, view your installation notification records and notify your completed installations in the Technical Hub.

Contact the team if you require a password reset or would like to access the Technical Hub and remember that as a HETAS registrant you have access to the dedicated Technical Helpline, which is available to call Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday 9am-4.30pm.
