The HETAS team have returned from a busy three days at InstallerSHOW at the NEC Birmingham from 25–27 June. This year’s exhibition featured over 600 exhibitors, with hundreds of the latest heat, water, air and energy products and technologies on display. An expansive three days of live content, new technologies, and exclusive deals were available across the two large halls, where companies travelled from over the world to exhibit and talk to their respective industries. HETAS once again exhibited, representing the solid fuel and biomass industry at the show, speaking with installers, consumers, and businesses.

Across the three days the team had a plethora of insightful chats with many of our registered businesses who were attending the show, networking with those who share our same passion for the industry.

The Hobbit Stove by Salamander Stoves, Rodstation sweeping equipment, and Specflue flues were generously provided to us and helped form our stand. Thanks again to these companies for providing their products – they were great talking points and attracted a lot of attention!

Speaking at the conclusion of the show, HETAS Head of Communications Serena Sumner said:

We look forward to InstallerSHOW every year and HETAS is extremely pleased to see the continued growth of the show. The HETAS stand was exceptionally busy over the three days, and the team had the opportunity to network with our registered businesses and individuals in the wider heating sector.

There was a lot of interest among visitors in our industry-leading competent person schemes, with many installers looking at opportunities to expand their businesses. Even those we spoke to outside the sector were interested in learning more from our expert team that attended, whether it be biomass maintenance, chimney sweeping, or even how to improve footfall on their retail premises.

We also had some positive discussions regarding net zero, air quality, government policy, and the ways consumers can strive to make cleaner choices – it is great to see these topics at the forefront of minds as we drive industry towards a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable future.

I’d like to extend my thanks to Salamander Stoves, Rodstation, and Specflue for their generosity – their additions to our stand were eye-catching and many individuals outside our industry stopped to discuss what we had on display.

InstallerSHOW returns in 2025 and HETAS will be exhibiting once again – we look forward to seeing you 24–25 June 2025.
