We hope reopening has gone well for our approved retailers and manufacturers. We launched our retailer #getfiredup campaign in April to coincide with lockdown measures easing and thank you to everyone who got involved. We had a lot of engagement and it was great to see so many businesses sharing, liking, and commenting.
We know seeking advice in a retail store is an important step in the consumer journey. From helping them select a stove that is appropriate for their needs and their home. To advising on fuels and suitable service and maintenance routines.
Given the importance of retailers, we are keen to hear from you about the scheme. Whether it’s changes you’d like to see, what we’re doing right, how we can support you further, we want you to have your say. Our Business Development team will be visiting some of you in the coming months to hear your thoughts in person.
