Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week
Carbon Monoxide (CO) Awareness Week 2024 takes place 18–24 November this year, and HETAS are continuing to support the campaign, raising awareness of the dangers of CO and the necessary safety measures you should take.
HETAS has a long-standing membership with The All Party Parliamentary Carbon Monoxide Group (APPCOG) and we are active in ensuring stove users are aware and stay safe as they heat their homes.

Recent CO news
Just recently the Welsh Government announced upcoming amendments to their Building Regulations, mandating CO alarms in a wider range of circumstances. Find out more about the upcoming changes, due to come into effect 6 January 2025, in our news article.
